Chances are you’re making a BIG mistake, and don’t even realize it.
Don’t worry, you’re not alone.
Many people make the same mistake when brushing their teeth.
You know what that mistake is?
Any guesses?
You’re brushing at the WRONG time!
If you’re brushing your teeth in the first 20-30 minutes after you eat…STOP IT!
The reason is that after you eat, your mouth becomes slightly acidic and your tooth enamel is at its weakest.
That’s why it’s best to wait at least 30 minutes after you eat to brush.
But, if you absolutely HAVE to brush immediately after eating, rinse with water to help neutralize the acid.
